Amazing work!

As a dancer my body is left aching and tense by the end of the day. Chris helped target these knots or blocks of energies in my muscles with his deep tissue techniques. Even though this technique is more painful, his knowledge of fascia release leaves me feeling good as new! I have also tried his cupping therapy and loved that as well!
